The initial concept for this sculpture came from Ash. The Oak timber was sourced from The Sussex Timber Co. The layout was drawn by Emma on the kitchen table. The drawings were then taken to Ash's workshop for machining with a hand held router and fine carving by hand. The lead glazing was a complete nightmare for Emma but the finished sculpture exceeded all expectations!
